General Notes

  • Wrapper smell is like most cigars
  • Earthy
  • chocolate odor
  • wheat
  • Cold draw gives earthy with a subtle note of honey
  • sweetness… some coffee cold brew
  • Cold draw is smooth and loose
  • The cigar has mostly been dry
  • Funky ash covers my tongue for the first two-thirds
  • Final third has some richness to it
  • but still unable to determine any flavors
  • There was some pepper at the halfway point
  • but it seems lost now
  • Wonder if I got a bad cigar… since the first third I said to myself I would not buy another of these and I still feel the same way.
  • Low score
  • but the cigar was built great… need to try another one sometime to see if the profile is different
  • Bought a robusto version of this cigar
  • will try later
